Seattle Doulas Rebrands to Troop | Birth & Postpartum Support

We’ve earned a new badge, and a new name.

After years of supporting Seattle families as Seattle Doulas, we’re stepping into our next chapter as TROOP. Same trusted team, same top-notch care, just a name that fits who we really are: a crew that shows up, rolls up our sleeves, and gets you through the adventure (and occasional chaos) of early parenthood.

At TROOP, we believe building your family takes teamwork, grit, and a sense of humor. Some days it’s magic. Some days it’s mayhem. Either way, you don’t have to go it alone—you’ve got a whole TROOP behind you.

Every family we work with earns their badges for the sleepless nights survived, the milestones celebrated, and the confidence built along the way. Our doulas earn theirs too, guiding families through birth, postpartum, and all the “no one warned me about that” moments with calm, skill, and a wink.

While our look has changed, our mission hasn’t. We’re still rooted right here in the Seattle area, offering birth and postpartum doula services that help families feel supported, capable, and ready for whatever comes next. Our name may be new, but our commitment to showing up and flexing with whatever life throws your way remains the same.

We’ve also expanded our ranks and are growing into new cities, starting with Dallas, launching soon. No matter where we go, our focus stays the same: helping families build confidence and community, one badge at a time.
