We were born back in 2017 as Seattle Doulas.
Our mission: to help build confident families, from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.

I had a C-section, so I needed a lot of time to recover physically from the operation. Our doula was sweet and supportive and looked after our kiddo with so much care. It’s our job to bring our best for you and your baby every day. That’s why we never stop learning. Each of our postpartum doulas has graduated from our “TROOP U” training program. That means our whole squad has the same solid foundation of knowledge in...well, everything!

Our postpartum and birth doulas have ongoing access to mentorship and personal support—because there’s always something new to learn, and we’ve got big info FOMO. (Oh, and everybody here is fully background checked and vaccinated to keep you and your new baby safe and healthy.)
